RN Supervisor - Full Time - Long Term Care
RN Supervisor
The RN Supervisor is the team leader in our Long Term Care unit. They direct clinical care of residents and provide leadership and oversight to LPN and CNA staff. The RN collaborates directly with clinical staff, administration, the interdisciplinary team, and medical staff to maximize resident quality of life while promoting a team approach that empowers all staff to actively engage in decision making for the wellbeing of our residents.

Qualifications:
• Licensed RN in PA
• LTC experience preferred
• Good communication skills
